    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Repeal of Part 48; and amendment of sections 53.5, 59.2 and 59.3 of Title 1 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Agriculture and Markets Law, sections 18, 72, 74, 75 and 89
    Subject:
    Amendment of Parts 48, 53 and 59 of Title 1 to repeal obsolete or unenforced regulations.
    Purpose:
    To repeal regulations that are obsolete or not being enforced.
