Denying, in Part, National Grid's Petition for Rehearing to Clarify Provisions Modifying SC-7 and SC-14
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/19/13, the PSC adopted an order denying, in part, a petition for rehearing filed by KeySpan (National Grid) Gas East Company d/b/a National Grid for clarification of the Commission's May 17, 2013 Order.

Purpose:
To deny, in part, National Grid's petition for rehearing to clarify provisions modifying SC-7 and SC-14.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 19, 2013, adopted an order denying, in part, a petition for rehearing filed by KeySpan Gas East Company d/b/a National Grid for clarification of the Commission’s May 17, 2013 Order modifying Service Classification numbers 7 and 14 related to electric generators that take transportation service, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
