Amendment of section 68.6 of Title 10 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Health Law, sections 2500-d, 2807-j and 2807-l

Subject:

Distributions from the Health Care Initiatives Pool for Poison Control Center Operations.

Purpose:

Revises the methodology for distributing HCRA grant funding to Regional Poison Control Centers (RPCCs).
