    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 12/13/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Knolls Water Co., Inc. to increase its existing escrow account for unexpected/extraordinary expenses.

    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1), 89-c(1) and (10)
    Subject:
    To approve an increase to the Company's existing escrow account.
    Purpose:
    Approval of an increase to the Company's existing escrow account.

    The Commission, on December 13, 2012 adopted an order, approving Knolls Water Co., Inc. to increase its existing escrow account set for unexpected/extraordinary expenses from $4,500 to a maximum of $10,000 and cap the surcharge per quarter at $50.00, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
