PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Dec. 12, 2007, approved, with conditions, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (the company) request for deployment of its customer service system to its New England utility affiliates.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Deployment of the customer service system.
Purpose:
To approve the deployment of the company's New York customer service system to its New England utility affiliates.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission approved, with conditions, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's request for deployment of its Customer Service System to its New England utility affiliates, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
