PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 595.9 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09 and 31.04

Subject:

Operation of Residential Programs for Adults.

Purpose:

Clarify the due process protections of non-discharge ready residents who are no longer eligible for services.
