PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 29.12 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a), 401(6)(d)(ii); and Tax Law, section 1202(c)

Subject:

Onondaga County motor vehicle use tax.

Purpose:

To impose an Onondaga County motor vehicle use tax.
