PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 553.5 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09, 31.02, 31.04, 31.05, 31.09, 31.13 and 31.19

Subject:

Visitation and Inspection of Facilities.

Purpose:

To conform existing regulations to statute and enable external entity to perform reviews and inspections.
