Amendment of Subpart 641-1 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Subject:
Amendments to Rate Setting Methodology: Rates for Residential Habilitation Delivered in IRAs and CRs and for Day Habilitation.
Purpose:
To amend the new rate setting methodology that was effective in July 2014.
