PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/8/15, the PSC adopted an order modifying the Electric Safety Standards, including revisions to the reporting requirements contained in the standards.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Modifications to the Commission's Electric Safety Standards.
Purpose:
To modify the Commission's Electric Safety Standards.
Substance of Final Rule:
The Commission, on January 8, 2015, adopted an order approving a petition filed by the New York State utilities to modify the Electric Safety Standards, including revisions to the reporting requirements contained in the standards, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
