    To Enter into a Long-Term Debt and Extend and Modify the EFC Surcharge for Repayment of the EFC Loan
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 1/8/15, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Beaver Dam Lake Corporation (Beaver Dam Lake) to enter into a long-term debt and extend and modify the current New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) surcharge.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 89-f and 89-b
    Subject:
    To enter into a long-term debt and extend and modify the EFC surcharge for repayment of the EFC loan.
    Purpose:
    To allow Beaver Dam Water to enter into a long-term debt and to extend and modify the current EFC surcharge for repayment.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on January 8, 2015, adopted an order approving the petition of Beaver Dam Lake Corporation, to enter into a long-term debt of up to $2,020,503 through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and to extend and modify the current New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) surcharge for the repayment of the EFC loan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
