    Approval of NYAW to Use the $4,294,834 Million in Proceeds from the Sale of Its Former Headquarters
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 1/8/15, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of New York American Water Company, Inc. (NYAW) to use proceeds from the sale of its former headquarters.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 89-f
    Subject:
    Approval of NYAW to use the $4,294,834 million in proceeds from the sale of its former headquarters.
    Purpose:
    To approve NYAW use the $4,294,834 million in proceeds from the sale of its former headquarters.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on January 8, 2015, adopted an order approving the petition of New York American Water Company, Inc. (NYAW), to use the $4,294,834 million in proceeds from the sale of its former headquarters to offset its current Revenue, Production Costs and Property Tax Reconciliation filing, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
