PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 34.1 and 34.2 of Title 17 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Highway Law, section 10-c; L. 2011, ch. 60, part A

Subject:

Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program (CHIPS).

Purpose:

To correct minor inaccuracies and to reduce certification requirements for municipalities in regard to CHIPS grant allocations.
