PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Dec. 13, 2006, adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its schedule for electric service—P.S.C. No. 2.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Economic development rider.
Purpose:
To continue the rate discount available under the company's economic development rider.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s request for the continuation of the rate discount available under the company's Economic Development Rider for electric services.
Final rule compared with proposed rule:
No changes.
