PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Dec. 13, 2006, adopted an order regarding United Water New York Inc. and United Water South County Water Inc.'s request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its schedule for water service, P.S.C. No. 1.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89(c)(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve a three-year rate plan for United Water New York Incorporated.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission approved a three-year rate plan for United Water New York Incorporated and directed the company to file the necessary tariff amendments, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
