PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

Proposed action:

Amendment of Appendix(es) 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Civil Service Law, section 6(1)

Subject:

Jurisdictional classification.

Purpose:

To classify a position in the non-competitive class in the Executive Department.

Text of proposed rule:

Amend Appendix(es) 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence,” by increasing the number of positions of Domestic Violence Program Specialist from 10 to 11.
