    Deferral of 2008 Transmission and Distribution Investment Costs
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 12/15/11, the PSC adopted an order approving a joint proposal concerning Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition to defer 50% of the revenue requirement impact associated with its 2008 Transmission and Distribution Investment costs.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65(1) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Deferral of 2008 Transmission and Distribution Investment costs.
    Purpose:
    To approve a joint proposal regarding the deferral of 2008 Transmission and Distribution Investment costs.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on December 15, 2011, adopted an order approving a joint proposal regarding Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s petition to defer 50% of the revenue requirement impact associated with its 2008 Transmission and Distribution Investment costs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
