PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/15/11, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective 1/1/12 to effectuate the Green Jobs-Green New York On-Bill recovery mechanism.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 42(3), 65(6) and 66-m
Subject:
Amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective 1/1/12 to effectuate the On-Bill Recovery program.
Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective 1/1/12 to effectuate the On-Bill Recovery program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 15, 2011 adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective January 1, 2012 for the establishment of a utility On-Bill Recovery program for the billing and collection of New York State Energy Research and Development Authority Green Job/Green New York loan installments, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
