PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/16/10, the PSC adopted an order combining incentive targets, clarifying incentive mechanism details and establishing an implementation advisory group.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
EEPS programs and the associated utility financial incentive mechanism.
Purpose:
To combine incentive targets, clarify incentive mechanism details and establish an implementation advisory group.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 16, 2010, adopted an order combining incentive targets, clarifying incentive mechanism details and establishing an implementation advisory group, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
