    National Grid's Tariff Amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 12/16/10, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective December 28, 2010.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    National Grid's tariff amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective 12/28/10.
    Purpose:
    To approve National Grid's tariff amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective 12/28/10.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on December 16, 2010, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220—Electricity, effective December 28, 2010 to effectuate amendments to Public Service Law § 66-j Net Energy Metering for Farm Waste Electric Generating Systems and conform to changes to the Standardized Interconnection Requirements, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
