    Partial Waiver of Section 609.4(b)(7) Pertaining to Certain Final Termination Language in Final Disconnection Notices
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 12/16/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Verizon New York Inc. for a partial waiver of section 609.4(b)(7) pertaining to certain final termination language in final disconnection notices.

    Public Service Law, section 94
    Subject:
    Partial waiver of section 609.4(b)(7) pertaining to certain final termination language in final disconnection notices.
    Purpose:
    To approve the partial waiver of section 609.4(b)(7) pertaining to certain final termination language in final disconnection notices.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on December 16, 2009, adopted an order approving the petition of Verizon New York Inc. for a partial waiver of § 609.4(b)(7) pertaining to certain final termination language in final disconnection notices, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
