PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/16/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Eastman Kodak Company to transfer its industrial water supply system to the Monroe County Water Authority.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 89-h
Subject:
Transfer of industrial water supply system.
Purpose:
To approve the transfer of industrial water supply system.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 16, 2009, adopted an order approving the petition of Eastman Kodak Company to transfer its industrial water supply system to the Monroe County Water Authority, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
