PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/16/09, the PSC adopted an order approving Boniville Water Company's tariff revisions to P.S.C. No. 4—Water, effective January 1, 2010, to increase its restoration of service charge.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve the increase in the Company's restoration of service charge.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 16, 2009, adopted an order approving Boniville Water Company's tariff revisions to P.S.C. No. 4—Water, effective January 1, 2010, to increase its restoration of service charge, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
