PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/17/15, the PSC adopted an order approving New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's (NYSEG) amendments to establish an electric Energy Efficiency Tracker (EE Tracker) program contained in P.S.C. Nos. 120 and 121—Electricity.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(2), 65 and 66
Subject:
Amendments to establish an electric EE Tracker program.
Purpose:
To approve NYSEG's amendments to establish an electric Energy Efficiency Tracker (EE Tracker) program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 17, 2015, adopted an order approving New York State Electric and Gas Corporation's amendments to establish an electric Energy Efficiency Tracker program contained in P.S.C. Nos. 120 and 121 – Electricity, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
