PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On December 10, 2008, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Trump Parc East Condominium, to submeter electricity at 100 Central Park South, New York, New York.

Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the petition of Trump Parc East Condominium, to submeter electricity at 100 Central Park South, New York, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 10, 2008, adopted an order approving a petition by Trump Parc East Condominium, to submeter electricity at 100 Central Park South, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
