PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

Public Service Law, sections 92 and 97
Subject:
State Universal Service Fund Disbursements.

To consider Edwards Telephone Company's request for State Universal Service Fund disbursements.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve or reject, in whole or in part, the request of Edwards Telephone Company, Inc. to receive disbursements from the State Universal Service Fund (SUSF).
