PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Dec. 12, 2007, approved National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations for gas service—P.S.C. No. 8.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Major rate filing.
Purpose:
To approve the increase of annual gas revenues by $1.8 million for delivery rate increase.
Substance of final rule:
The Public Service Commission adopted an order approving National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation to increase its natural gas delivery rates by $1.8 million, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule compared with proposed rule:
No changes.
