    Submetering of Electricity by Site 16/17 Development, LLC
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    The commission, on Dec. 12, 2007, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0931 approving the petition of Site 16/17 Development LLC, to submeter electricity at One and Two River Terrace, Battery Park City, NY, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition for the submetering of electricity.
    Purpose:
    To grant the petition of Site 16/17 Development LLC, to submeter electricity at One and Two River Terrace, Battery Park City, NY.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission approved the petition of Site 16/17 Development LLC, to submeter electricity at One and Two River Terrace, Battery Park City, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
