PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Dec. 12, 2007, adopted an order concerning the filings by various local gas distribution companies (LDC) and municipalities regarding their annual reconciliation of gas expenses and gas cost recoveries.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Annual reconciliation of gas expenses and gas cost recoveries.
Purpose:
To consider the filings of various LDCs and municipalities regarding their annual reconciliation of gas expenses and gas cost recoveries.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order concerning the filings made by various local gas distribution companies and municipalities regarding their Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
