PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 1021.1 of Title 21 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Authorities Law, section 553(5)

Subject:

Establishment of a new crossing charge schedule for use of bridges and tunnels operated by Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority.

Purpose:

To raise additional revenue.
