PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 341.2 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Education Law, section 355(2)(b)

Subject:

Proposed amendment to Policies of the Board of Trustees relating to the Student Assembly President serving as a trustee.

Purpose:

Conform the Policies of the Board of Trustees on seating the Student Assembly President as a trustee with the Education Law.
