PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Revision in Electric Rates for the Village of Tupper Lake.

Subject:
Rates for the Sale of Power and Energy.
Purpose:
To maintain the system's integrity. This increase in rates is not the result of a Authority rate increase to the Village.
