PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on Sept. 19, 2007, adopted an order approving Westbrook Water Corp.'s request to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 3—Water, to become effective Oct. 1, 2007.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve an increase of Westbrook Water Corp.'s annual revenues by $8,410 or 21.2 percent.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order approving an increase of Westbrook Water Corp.'s annual revenues by $8,410 or 21.2%, effective October 1, 2007, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
