    Cash-Out Provisions
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a proposed tariff filing by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation to make various changes in its rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Gas Service, PSC No. 8—Gas.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Cash-out provisions.
    Purpose:
    To revise the cash-out provisions for gas transportation service.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering a tariff filing by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (National Fuel) to amend its tariff to revise its cash-out provisions for gas transportation service. The proposed filing has an effective date of January 1, 2011. The Commission may adopt, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, National Fuel's proposal.
