PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/17/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the Petition of MP Freedom, LLC, to submeter electricity at 300 North End Avenue, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the petition of MP Freedom, LLC, to submeter electricity at 300 North End Avenue, New York, New York.

The Commission, on September 17, 2009, adopted an order approving the Petition of MP Freedom, LLC, to submeter electricity at 300 North End Avenue, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
