PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/17/15, the PSC adopted an order authorizing 1 John Street LLC (1 John Street) to submeter electricity at 1 John Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition of One John Street to submeter electricity.
Purpose:
To authorize One John Street to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on September 17, 2015, adopted an order authorizing 1 John Street LLC to submeter electricity at 1 John Street, Brooklyn, New York., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
