    Whether to Permit the Use of the Enetics NILM Recorders
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Enetics Corporation for approval to use the Enetics Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring - NILM Recorders.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 67(1)
    Subject:
    Whether to permit the use of the Enetics NILM Recorders.
    Purpose:
    To consider permitting the use of the Enetics NILM Recorders.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Enetics Corporation to use the Enetics Non-Intrusive Appliance Load Monitoring ancillary product in residential metering applications. The Commission may consider other related matters.
