PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On September 17, 2008, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of 1240 First Avenue LLC, to submeter electricity at 400 East 67th Street, New York, New York.
