PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of Part 290 to Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, sections 112 and 803-b
Subject:
Limited Credit Time Allowance.
Purpose:
To promulgate rules that will codify DOCCS requirements and procedures for offenders to earn the Limited Credit Time Allowance.
