PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 568.4 - 568.7 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Education Law, section 360(1)

Subject:

Amendment to the traffic and parking regulations at the State University of New York College at Purchase.

Purpose:

Amend existing regulations to change the name of certain buildings and roads, and update the method and place of payment of fines.
