As part of the Board's 2009 review of regulations that were adopted during 1999 and 2004, it has reviewed several amendments that were made to the Board's amendments in those calendar years. The following amendments were reviewed:

A summary of the regulations was published in the Rule Review section of the May 19, 2010 issue of the State Register. The Board did not receive any public comment regarding these regulations.
The Board has determined that these regulations should be continued without modification because there have been no changes in public policy or regulatory circumstances that would warrant modification to these rules.
