    Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Notice of Intent filed by Sandy Clarkson LLC, to submeter electricity at 310 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Notice of Intent to submeter electricity.
    Purpose:
    To consider the request of Sandy Clarkson LLC to submeter electricity at 310 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    On September 18, 2015, Sandy Clarkson LLC submitted a Notice of Intent to submeter electricity at 310 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or part, the request for authorization to submeter and to take other actions necessary to address the Notice of Intent.
