PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Part 587 of Title 14 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09, 7.15 and 31.04

Subject:

Operation of Outpatient Programs.

Purpose:

To increase the number of children's designated specialty clinics in NYC, in accordance with the enacted 2008-09 State Budget.
