    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

    Amendment of section 35.4 of Title 10 NYCRR.

    Public Health Law, section 4100(1) and (2)
    Subject:
    Death Certificates.
    Purpose:
    To issue a death certificate to any applicant upon the request of a sibling of the deceased.
