PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace L.P. to submeter electricity at 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace, Bronx, N.Y.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace L.P. to submeter electricity at 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace, Bronx, N.Y.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace L.P. to submeter electricity at 2701 Kingsbridge Terrace, Bronx, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
