PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a tariff filing by Rolling Meadows Water Corporation, requesting approval to increase its annual revenues by approximately $87,307 or 19.48%, in P.S.C. No. 4 — Water, to become effective February 1, 2013.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)(f), 89-c(1) and (10)
Subject:
Water rates and charges.
Purpose:
To approve an increase in annual revenues by approximately $87,307 or 19.48%.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a tariff filing by Rolling Meadows Water Corporation, requesting approval to increase its annual revenues by approximately $87,307 or 19.48% to P.S.C. No. 4 — Water. The proposed filing has an effective date of February 1, 2013. The Commission may resolve related matters and may take this action for other utilities.
