PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 6028.4, 6028.6, 6028.8, 6029.1, 6029.2, 6029.3, 6029.5, 6029.6(b) and 6029.8 of Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Executive Law, section 837(8-b) and (13); State Fiscal Year 2009-10 Budget

Subject:

Security guard instructor and security guard training school fees.

Purpose:

To establish application fees for approval of security guard training schools and certification of security guard instructors.
