    Repeal of an Obsolete Rule (14 NYCRR Part 55)
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Repeal of Part 55 of Title 14 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    NYS Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.09(b) and 16.00
    Subject:
    Repeal of an obsolete rule (14 NYCRR Part 55).
    Purpose:
    To repeal antiquated regulations which do not reflect current practice or uses for specified facilities.
