PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny, or modify, in whole or in part, the petition filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to grant to Dutchess County an easement of certain land located in Lagrange, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 66(1) and 70
Subject:
Easement by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to Dutchess County.
Purpose:
To consider the petition by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to grant to Dutchess County an easement of certain land.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny, or modify, in whole or in part, the petition filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to grant to Dutchess County an easement of certain land located in Lagrange, New York, with an original cost of less than $100,000, to enable Dutchess County to construct, maintain, and operate an access road for the Dutchess Rail Trail.
