PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of Part 135 of Title 15 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 530(9)

Subject:

Restricted use licenses.

Purpose:

To conform the rule to newly enacted law; to make disqualification for a restricted use license consistent with disqualification for a conditional license.
